Philip Giroux, president and owner, founded Toddco in 1979 with three employees and the company has since grown to thirty.

Philip is a second-generation Californian, and graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture.

He is the author of the home garden book Landscaping for Dummies and has contributed articles to the Manhattan Reporter and Whole Lifetimes.

Toddco Landscaping Company is a member of the California Landscape Contractors Association, and Philip Giroux has served as president and remains a member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Chapter.
